Geothermal Heating

• Main House has a state-of-the-art geothermal system that provides efficient, environmentally-responsible heating and cooling.

Natural Gas

Natural gas is provided by FortisBC, a Canadian owned, British Columbia based regulated utility.

Natural gas is connected to:

• The Main House

• The Gate House

• The Outpost

• The Hangar 

Propane

A 500-gallon tank delivers propane to heat The Simon Lake House.
